WorkFlo is a Business Operations Advisory Service, co-founded by Esther Fogerty and Jonathan Tucker. We help growing service businesses build simpler, more efficient, and scalable operations without the corporate fluff.
After 20 years working in large organisations, we saw first-hand how easily operations can become complex. We also recognised that growing businesses face many of the same challenges, but often without the time, resources or expertise to tackle them.
Our mission is simple: to bring enterprise-grade operational quality, structure, and efficiency to growing businesses, tailored to the realities of SMEs. We design practical, scalable solutions that strengthen operations, improve performance, and create a foundation for sustainable growth.
Our Story
Esther and Jon, co-founders of WorkFlo, met over a coffee after dropping their children off for their first day of school. They quickly discovered similar career paths, shared values and a mutual ambition to build their own business.
That shared ambition became WorkFlo: bringing practical, hands-on operational support to growing businesses and making operational excellence more accessible to SMEs.
Esther brings first-hand experience of the challenges growing businesses face, while Jon bridges the gap between business needs and technology. Together, they bring big-business experience with a small-business mindset — helping SME’s work better and grow with confidence.
